Most underrated thing in india:WOMEN

Hello readers,
I might sound a bit opinionative about my post title but i have always belived this is the biggest barrier for women as soon as she steps out of her routine work. I think a larger part of our society still don't believe that like every other men women can also have similar potential.
And i am really surprized to see that mostly women are the one who underrates themselves more than men.
The most hillarious thing is that their are certain work which only women are entiltled to do like cooking, cleaning....Only concept which i don't understand here is that these are some really normal task and anyone can do it.
And some jobs which are best suited for women like banks, govt jobs..... Nobody really care to know what potential they actually posses.
There is only one simple thing which we need to understand as a women that no matter what is your job whether you are a painter or a homemaker there must be a dignity and your own customised way of doing things. Whatever work we may be doing there must always be a stability and certain amount of compassion in it. I truly belive that if you are not happy in what you are doing then after a point you will end up messing up everything and will start blaming people around you for your condition. A sense of self-evaluation must be there before you sleep to find whether you really want this life or not.
Every aspect of your nature can be a potential which you must explore to make it more productive like someone is a very good speaker or someone is a brilliant writer.
Well i strongly believe that if every women start beliving in themselves they will feel way more confident about themselves they will end up being a women of substance and that will help in erradicating this underrated concept from our society.
